Positives: Only that it is close to downtown somehow

Negatives: The room was extremely hot when we arrive that we had to let the door open and turn on the AC cold to be able to sleep. This was very stressful as we arrive at 11:40 pm and we were tired. In the morning I wanted to take a shower and no towels not shampoo was in the bathroom.. very poor quality of rooms.

Negatives: The room was an absolute dump! Stained bathtub, from cigarette burns. Hole punched in bathroom door with a poor repair that wasn't complete nor finished. All but one light in the room didn't function, or needed bulbs. Ceiling in bathroom was stained in a way that looked like it was sweating oil!

Positives: We did not take advantage of the breakfast. This hotel’s location was great for what we wanted to see. Bed was comfortable.

Negatives: The lighting in the room was poor. The keys kept dying and we needed to have them replaced twice during our stay.

Positives: The hinge came off tue bathroom door, the tub was dirty, the remote was missing the back and batteries were taped in. It was advertised as a Radisson property but was DISGUSTING. It was loud, near construction and a freeway. None of this was disclosed. I have a claim in for a refund. Could not sleep at all. The toilet ran off and in all night. There was no privacy for th bathroom bc you couldn’t shut the door all the way
