Soundproofing terrible. I could hear every word in the next room. No iron, no fridge. Shocking to have to pay extra. Asked specifically about parking only told the price per day not how to use, had to ask again.

Nice vibe & non smoking...
Positives:
One of our favorite Vegas hotels yet! The room had hip/modern decor, was very clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel on the strip was ideal for us. We enjoyed eating at Roy Choi's restaurant Best Friend downstairs (get a reservation!) and loved browsing Eataly. My favorite part was the pool! It was huge and really fabulous/relaxing for a morning dip. Would happily stay here again!

During a work trip, this was a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are comfortable and designed well - layout, art and comfortable bed. I had a comfortable window sofa too.
The gym is well equipped and spacious.
The team is always friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth.

The TV could be more modern / support apps like Netflix.

Positives:
It's a non-smoking hotel and let me feel comfortable to stay. The service is good and hotel cares about your individual demand and try to fulfill that. I like the view face to New York New York, not noisy at all. Swimming pools are fantastic, different deep for different purpose and people (for kids, for water-play, for easy swimmer and long distance swimmer. These pools let everyone could find a pool to enjoy. Though location is a bit far from the center of strip, there is "train" among MGM properties and will reduce the walking distance to the other way of strip and have lots mall to be connected.
Negatives:
Check in waiting line a bit long and took much time to wait for check-in and solve the check-in related questions. I think next time I will check-in earlier to avoid too many people and suggest hotel to have one counter to deal with the issues after check-in, who have room number already. Separate two lines will help.
