I booked for 2 nights on the is appeared only $345 but when i check out i pain total of $667 then when we arrived their they asked again another $330 so i paid a total of 997 for 2 nights. There is no even water as complimentary.

Our room was not cleaned once during our three night stay. I had to call to get fresh towels brought. When I spoke to the manager about this at checkout, I was made to feel like I was at fault. Not great customer service.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

Amenities. You have to pay for any lounger around the pool area. You also have to pay a gratuity on the rental of a lounger, that’s before you even order anything from the waitresses.

My room was not clean the shower and tub had a ring around it dirty the tv was broken when we first came in we had to wait up to 7 hrs to get in the room but it was not clean the tv could’ve been changed before we got in there maintenance and security going in and out the room

This was our first time staying on the strip and it was great! The staff was phenomenal and answered all my silly questions. We utilized the valet parking option (highly recommend) which made it convenient to come and go as we pleased. The view of the strip was great. Beautiful sunsets and you can see the fountains at the Bellagio.
Negatives:
We wished the pool was open later into the evening as it would have been nice to take a dip after a long day walking the strip. There is also no "free" seating at the pool as you need to pay for the chaise lounges. Would have been nice to have at least a chair to sit on.
