Excellent location, so close to everything with so much to do everywhere you go from this location.
Rooms were spacious and had magnificent views of the Bellagio fountain amongst other views and sites, noting we requested and paid for this view.
Great atmosphere and plenty of lifts so limited waiting.
Negatives:
There wasn't water, coffee & tea making facilities or robes in the rooms.

All of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The room was clean.

The room temp couldn’t cool down to temperature. I know it’s 1000 degrees in Vegas but it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in a warm room.

The hotel is good, clean comfy rooms and very good location. Right in the middle of everything.
Staff is a bit absent, I didn't talk to anyone in my whole stay.
Negatives:
There was no housekeeping for our whole stay, even when we asked the room to be cleaned, they just changed towels and emptied trash cans, but they didn't touch the beds.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything. Liked having the Mall right there and parking was easy. Went to dinner in the mall a couple of times.
Negatives:
We had 4 people in our room and only 3 towels. We asked for service during our stay but came back to the room at 8pm and it was not serviced. We had to ask for towels and they delivered 4. The next day the room was serviced but again only 3 towels for 4 people. Pillows were tiny and too soft. Floors could use a good cleaning, the carpet in the room and the floor in the bathroom were dirty. First appears clean but after walking barefoot our feet were black.
