Negatives: Had amazon package delivered to hotel. At check in I asked for my package. Told my package is in the business center but it is closed at 3:45 pm, and will have to wait till 8 am next day. Check in time is stated at 4 pm. I also messaged about incoming package day before thru booking.com but was never replied too. I had to go to Walgreens and buying everything again.
