Front desk staff were excellent; breakfast great; rooms very nicely appointed and clean. Overall very pleased. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived, but they called in maintenance and repaired it within a few hours.
Negatives:
Early each morning (5:00 am), we had to run the shower/tub water for 30 minutes before it got hot--very disappointing and inconvenient. Be aware that with the hotel's close proximity to the airport, you can hear the planes taking off all day and night.

Check in was a disaster, we arrived at 4pm, they tried to send us away with my doughter, because our room was not avaliable, and they offered to call us when the room is ok, but we had a show ticket to 7pm and I drove 7 hours on this day.
