Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, Jan 4th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Jan 4th, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Jan 6th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jan 6th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Influence Pool: Closed from Wed, Oct 30, 2024 until Sun, Mar 30, 2025 A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in with a valid US Identification or valid passport. The pool on property has an age requirement of 21+; however, guests have access to a family friendly pool at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino located within 3 minutes walking distance to the property. Self parking available for an additional fee The resort fee listed in the policy section also includes the following: In-room WiFi for one device In-room local calls Fitness center Your credit card will be charged immediately by the hotel for the first night room and tax. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel. Please note, the pool is closed for the season and will re-open Mid-March, depending on weather. The incidental deposit is $50 a night and a credit or debit card is only accepted. Cash is not accepted. Special requests, unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
