Our stay at the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas was absolutely exceptional! The property is luxurious, and the staff is incredibly attentive to every need. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the Strip. We were traveling with our little girl, and the comfort offered by the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Las Vegas, with customer service that truly stands out. A stay to remember!
Negatives:
The only minor inconvenience was the absence of some essential kitchen equipment in the room, which we needed to prepare meals for our baby. However, this issue was quickly resolved thanks to the efficiency of the customer service. We called the front desk, and within minutes, they provided us with everything we needed to cook without any hassle.

It is an extremely comfortable hotel. Very lovely. Train noises waking everybody up each night were horrendous. But a very well maintained hotel.
Negatives:
The staff! Poor accounting and customer service. They took twice as much money as needed when we booked, in May. So they were very unhelpful and it took a long time to get our money back. Overcharged us almost £1,000. When we arrived on Labor Day weekend, having received a message from them about the upcoming booking, they told us they had CANCELLED it. Due to a no show. Even though we were stood in front of them trying to check in. Very unapologetic. Admitted second huge error. No compensation. They managed to find us two suites that were free, they agreed they had already taken the money for two nights. When we checked out, all seemed fine…… then we discovered they had over charged us again. Third huge error. It has taken a very long time to sort this out. Rude and unhelpful staff, very disrespectful and we are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would therefore never recommend this hotel. No apology or compensation for basic accounting errors. Three of them. Many reviews warned about the indifferent and unhelpful staff and they are right, unfortunately. Ruins an otherwise really gorgeous hotel.
