They didn’t cleaned the room, hir cuts all over the bathroom, pie on the toilet, empty pizza boxes on the kitchen, each callling to the service or house keeping taking between 2-3 hours, no casino on the hotel, the shower as been flottaed

Room location and the room was as expected.
Negatives:
I purchased a flight ticket from booking to Las Vegas. It gave me the option to book a hotel. The flight arrived after midnight and I didn’t notice that the room was booked next day.
At arrival to Vdara at 1:30 am, I was told that I don’t have a room and to have to wait until 3 am. I was called at 2:30 saying that there is a room but I have to pay full fee or to wait until 3 , being considered the next day. I came back at 4:30 and was told that I still have to pay for the night and was a mistake to tell me that from 3 am is considered next day. Spoke to supervisor Laura, no understanding whatsoever.
I was told that I can wait until 11 am, basically the whole night like a homeless.
At the end I got a queen room instead of king room and discounted one night (only the resort fee). At all time, Laura the manager gave me attitude and was extremely unpleasant.

Vdara is a very beautiful Hotel !!! The atmosphere was so welcoming and everything was so clean , no gambling , no cigarette smell , it was very peaceful and relaxing . There are cabs outside , access 2 other hotels which includes pool access . The staff were very attentive and helpful ,and extremely nice. The location was great

Vdara Hotel is superb, an ideal business hotel without smoke, slot machines, or drunk people, ensuring a pleasant and professional environment. The hotel room was magnificent, offering a beautiful view of the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel on the Strip.
Negatives:
However, there were a few downsides. There was no coffee in the room, only an overpriced minibar, with a bottle of water costing 15 dollars. Additionally, there was no good breakfast restaurant available.
