Located 3 miles from McCarran International Airport, this resort is directly connected to the Las Vegas Monorail offering easy access to the Vegas Strip. Positives: This place is exceptional, and I'll be back next blues bender, for sure!

Negatives: I'll say this, westgate is amazing, but I have a request. I like cold plunges, and it was said they offer one, but the temperature was at approximately 65 degrees. That just a bath. Please adjust the temperature to the mid-40s. Also, the hot tub was cool, near the same temperature as the pool. Disappointing. Please adjust. But please note, that's a minor issue. Everything elswas perfect, and thank you again. Still I rate my stay 5 stars

Positives: The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel.

Negatives: I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are many other hotels in Las Vegas that, unlike this hotel, offer a fair deal for an adequate salary. I was tempted by beautiful photos on the website. Don't be fooled, because you will regret it if you live there! Its fame is long gone and the hotel is in need of renovation. The level of service also remains only basic. They charge $5 for a bottle of water. They charged $102 to your credit card for reporting a faulty light!!! They were supposed to return the $102 from the pledge after checking out, but they didn't. This is simple misappropriation of money!!!

Negatives: AC was not working well enough, and the room was warm during the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel did not provide a fan when requested. We also found a couple of bugs crawling under the pillow, during the first night of stay. The lighting in the room was pretty poor. Overall the room did not justify the price I paid
