Close proximity to convention center & monorail. Most staff was helpful.
Negatives:
Room was mostly clean upon arrival, but the toilet was "full".. Ugh. The worst part was being constantly harrassed by people offering free breakfast (timeshare push). Took 20+ minutes for elevator down every morning. Stairs only led outside.

It was close to the monorail and beside the convention center where II had a conference.

I found a gigantic cockroach 3/4 the size of my hand. I even took a video. My friend had to kill it. It was disgusting. I was on the 28th floor. Also, mildew stench in the room. Floor was morphed from previous water damaged. Bathroom handle fell off.

We chose this hotel because of its easy access to the monorail and price. Being able to jump on the monorail and ride it up and down the strip was great!

Didn't like having to pay resort fees for WI-FI and pool access; especially since we never used either and they were advertised as free. We also only receive maid service once in 4 days. Our bathroom was old, falling apart, and the tub didn't drain

-Child was crying in the room next door for about 3 hours. Little assistance was given to quiet the child or offer a different room. -Broken items (closet door) in room, not cleaned well, cosmetic damage in room (hole in the wall).
