Staff was extremely helpful and gave me an upgrade as I had booked two separate stays but had booked a double instead of a king the first night as part of festival package. Comfortable bed and couch. TV was a nice size as well as good wifi.
Negatives:
Bathroom was a bit out of date. Places to eat didnt stay open that late unless it was the buffet.

The room was clean, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We didn't hear noise from other rooms.
Negatives:
There was no in room coffee maker. One of the lights in the dressing table area was out. I was told there were EV car chargers in the parking garage, but they were only for tesla vehicles. The buffet food was not very good.

I loved the location, for what we were there for it was walking distance. Check in was quick and easy.
Negatives:
I had originally booked a room with a bathtub from what was stated on booking.com, I was told I was getting one of the recently updated rooms...that was a bust it was very basic, no safe no microwave and a key thing I was looking forward to was the bathtub, didn't get that either so I feel I paid for a better room than I got. Also 3 of the 4 elevators for the East wing were out of service the entire weekend, and Sunday night getting back to the hotel after a late night on the strip the entry doors for the East wing were locked and an exit only sign in place so we had to walk through the entire casino and down the long hallway to the East wing elevators instead of using the convenient East entry.

Rooms very clean. Staff very professional,friendly,helpful and courteous. Free valet & self parking. Monorail outside the hotel connecting to the strip very convenient.

North tower elevator by the parking structure NOT working for months. Also long lines to use main elevators.

The in room wifi really sucked..worked about 50% of the time. I complained to the front desk and they had me call some place where, of course, I spoke to some one who spoke English with the skill of a 2 year old. Nothing got resolved.Resort fee was ripoff

Close proximity to convention center & monorail. Most staff was helpful.
Negatives:
Room was mostly clean upon arrival, but the toilet was "full".. Ugh. The worst part was being constantly harrassed by people offering free breakfast (timeshare push). Took 20+ minutes for elevator down every morning. Stairs only led outside.
