A few horrible staff members, led by a manager who takes no responsibility for their childish and harmful behavior. Room is also very unorganized and impractical. Just awful!

The hotel was posh with good modern designs. Very clean.

There was no complimentary breakfast. Only tea and coffee were complimentary with hours mentioned. The booking.com site wrongly mentioned that breakfast was included. The shower design was such that coming out of the shower would result in water dripping out onto the room resulting in a mess. There was no microwave inside the room.

You charged me double; via Booking app and via my credit card I presented at the hotel. There's no way to contact you via e-mail and as I live 8300km away from the hotel solving the issue via phone would be a nightmare. Contact me somehow yourself and let's settle the double invoice.
