Price and close proximity to airport and plenty of restaurants within walking distance

Very big room with an adjoining room. There was plenty of space for our family. Rooms were beautiful. Outside was very clean. Great location.
Negatives:
There was no housekeeping without requesting the day before. We were not told this upon arrival. One remote for two TVs. The kitchen was not very well stocked with supplies. There were no baking sheets and very dull knives. It's only a tiny wastebasket for the kitchen. No sheets or blankets provided for sleeper sofa. No outlets were easily asecessable. Asked for a toilet to be unplugged, but maintenance never came. No dishtowels. No dishwasher. No oven mitt or pot holders.

The property was fine. Good restaurant
Negatives:
We had issues with them cleaning after it had been requested 3 times. The toilet over filled, early in the 6:20 am . We requested service, we got to the room close to 10 pm and another night without our room being cleaned nor was the toilet issue resolved.
Staff was very unprofessional, when we asked why our room for the 2nd was not clean or toilet take care of . They stated they had no note.
Which was untrue in fact the agent there said if we arent satisfied we should have looked for another place to stay.
Never experienced such poor service at any hotel weve stayed.

Positives:
The location was great. Doesn't take long to get anywhere from that location, or return. It does appear to be a safe location. The exercise room, is very adequate. Also if you bring your pets it has a wonderful big play area for them. This will definitely be my go-to hotel the next time I go to Reno!
Negatives:
The one thing to be advised about is if you need housekeeping on a daily basis you must request.
