Systems were down as a snow storm rolled in, so the didn't have my reservation from Booking.com. with diligence, their team was able to fix the problem and they called as soon as everything was ready.

Breakfast items were not there as described at the time of booking except coffee and very small muffins. The AC unit was functioning but not cooling the room as supposed to even at the highest cool setting.

Uncomfortable bed, a bit noisy, no supplies at all in the kitchen except a towel. No utensils, no plates/bowls, no dish soap. Shouldnt have to ask for these items when a kitchenette is in the room they give you.

The room was clean and the area had a lot of options for meals. It was two minutes from the highway and ten minutes from downtown.
Negatives:
They said the room came with a coffee maker and toaster, it didn't. The room was for up to four people, but they only gave one 1/2oz shampoo. The breakfast was just coffee and a granola bar, and was served from 630 to 930am. By 730am the selections were gone and not refilled. The wifi was $7 an hour. The walls are thin and people played music really loud. It's a no smoking building but you could smell weed every day, in the hallway.

We were only there for one night from 11:30pm to 8am, but it was adequate.

When I went down for breakfast at 7am all that was left was 1 muffin and plain oatmeal.

I got charged twice for the room. I used booking.com to book my room and paid for it and I was charged again at the hotel. Ive reached out because I see both charges on my card and havent heard back from anyone about a refund

I already looked at your reviews and was very bad I booked the room last March 22 looking for pet friendly hotels I small yorkie dog and I can't find quality hotels accept pet?so I found your hotel Extended stay hotel So.Meadow in Reno.It was disaster! I know was going to be bad by reading reviews. I Like the kitchen .it's Okey not to have cooking utinsel.not needed

They said I will get some charged for cancelation .waiting so long some of the money partly ? They never come back to me? So decide to keep the reservations My card was charged $274 and we arrived have to pay $50 for pet fees
