It was fine
Positives:
We liked many things I will try to list them. 1) The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and with pleasant things to say. 2) The room was clean and comfortable. 3) The Location of the hotel was close to major streets and a freeway on and off ramp. 4) The value we received was outstanding, an added bonus to everything else. 5) Although we did not have pets with us (we usually do), we observed that many other guests had pets and they seemed pleased with their stay with their pets. 6) The staff was able to answer questions about things to do in and outside of Reno, so we visited local attractions and ventured out to nearby Virginia City and Truckee.
Negatives:
We did have some trouble logging in to the Ramada free internet service. It worked but seemed to be slow.

room was comfortable very secure if you did not have a room key then you was not using the elevator or any other facilities at the hotel most secure hotel i have ever stayed at. ac worked great tv was amazing will definatly stay again.

Parking lot and pet area felt unsafe due to several homeless and or transients roaming around the area..

Pleasant room on floor requested...
Positives:
My original booking cost and room location above the 5th floor having city, Mt. and parking lot view, waived per pet fee each prior stay, which has been 4 times per year in the past 2 years. .
Negatives:
Being assigned the requested room on the 9th floor, given the room keys at check in and entering the room finding the television remote missing, then being contacted that we must change to a 3rd floor room because of our 2 small dogs & being charged additional $25.00 for each after receiving confirmation of $62.00 total cost! This did not happen each previous stay. Third floor hallway smelled heavily of urine, tv remote missing in this room also, view looking at the top of a roof. Coffee provided in the room, decaf only and coffee provided in Lobby tasted like flavored hot water! Unsafe parking and pet area, due to the numerous homeless and transient people roaming the exterior of the property; more this stay than previous stays.
