The hallways were smelly and the pricing was just as much as other rooms once you added up the taxes, resort fees, parking etc. Very expensive

Definitely small rooms that need major upgrades. The A/C went out in our room so we had to pack everything up and move to another room. Didn’t have complaints about new room since it was nicer and a bigger room. Still in need of updates but A/C worked great and had a nice view of Lake. Cudo’s to the management for fixing our issues by giving us a better room for the last night.

Games were not paying off...

Center bar staff were amazing
Negatives:
A/C broke night one. Staff gave us a fan and lied to us. Moved us next night and A/C was still loud and no air flow. Bathrooms were tiny. Shower was like an RV shower. Bedding was too short for bed. Pillows were cheap. Toilet paper cheap. Towels were not soft. More concerned about a restaurant remodel than better quality rooms or air conditioner repair.
