Overall experience was horrifying. Was forced to change rooms not once, but twice and at 4am at that.

Very convenient. Nice room with good view. We were there for the big event biking around the lake and were able to take our bikes to our room.

Even after paying $30 a day for resort fees they charge you another $25 a day for parking!! These fees should be upfront so people aren?t surprised at checkout!!

The hotel staff were great. The view was beautiful while looking out the window.

Our room was in the 14th floor. The window did not have a screen or anything to stop someone/something from falling out of it.
Negatives:
No heat or air. 1st room ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. There was no heat in 1st room, which was about 40 degrees. No one picked up phones when tried to reach someone. Offered a space heater. Requested a different room. Still no heat but warmer had to Request blankets. Staff said they are remodeling and there is no heat and air in any of rooms. Very very dissatisfied.
