Being stuck in an elevator for over an hour With my little girl. The hotel staff waited over a half hour before calling 911 while they tried to open it on their own. The fire department showed up and rescued us and told me that this is a regular occurrence. Do not stay at this property. The manager refused to meet with me or call me. Even after my experience, I have had to pay full price. The room was also a big letdown. The beds were uncomfortable and dirty.

Our floor had duct tape on it to keep nasty carpet flat. The bed frame was so dated and worn. It literally looked like it was 50+ years old. The cold water in our bathroom did not turn on at all, meaning when we turned the faucet, no water would come out. Upon check-in, they tried to tell us that they didn’t have any non-smoking rooms, which is what we booked, as an asthmatic, that was important to me. they had to make some special requests to make it happen, but overall the price was way too high, and the quality was terrible.
