My review of Harvey's Casino
Positives:
I like the size of the room and the mini fridge in it. The bathroom was huge. I wish there was a bath tub.

The customer service should be better. There was a lot of attitude from the staff. I understand they are short staffed, but as a guest we should be treated with respect.

The breakfast on River caffe was really good. One of the positives of the location.

The room is too small. We can hear all the noises around, especially from the room besides ( including if they are talking normally). The restroom wasn't working properly.

The room was beautiful, and had an amazing view of the lake. Service around the hotel was also awesome.

The property doesn't have microwaves, what are we supposed to do with things we put in the refrigerator? Also, as vegans there were no options in the room service, or really at any of the restaurants nearby.

Was first put into a room that hadn't even been cleaned yet.
Then moved to a room that backed up to an elevator which rumbled the wall all night long.
I also thought the extra charge of $28 to park at the hotel THAT YOU'RE STAYING AT was ridiculous.
I've stayed here a few times over the past several years, I won't stay here again.
