Positives:
Convenient location , ability to walk the grounds safely, fitness area and pool. Breakfast generally more than expected with many options . Staff polite , friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Bathroom was not clean , hair on floor and old toothpaste on handle of sink . We had to request towels as there was only 1 set on our arrival .We did not report this to the front desk due to our time constraints and schedule- I cleaned the BR myself and appreciate the ability now to communicate these issues to you.

The location was great for everywhere we needed to get to. Staff was helpful. Room service comes every other day.
Negatives:
The pool is on the smaller side, and there was caution tape in areas. Bring your own shower products. The soap dried out my skin, and the shampoo dried out my child and my hair.

Location was good and easy! The pool is good size and different levels 3,4 and 5 feet.
Negatives:
The hotel rooms are ok, they could use some updating. the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap) are all bottles that have been used already by previous people, that’s unsanitary.
