The location is convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
The hotel could use a major refresh. It is dated, stark and depressing. Furniture is brown, old and stained. Sheets were stained. The AC was still the old type (through the wall), extremely noisy and leaking. The wall around the unit was moldy and likely very wet under the cracked paint. The shower had mold around the bottom. The fridge was also very noisy making it difficult to get any rest at night.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Dining/seated lobby was clean and neat. Room size and arrangement were good. For a family of 4, we would have preferred more drawer space but we made due. The Iron & Board were very good. Plenty of outlets for charging devices and using needed appliances.
Negatives:
Room had water damage in the walls that is concerning. Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner & Lotion were large bottles bolted to wall. That was not a problem But, bottles for Body Wash & Conditioner were empty and never refilled although we requested often. We went to local drug store and purchased Wash & Conditioner. Rooms cleaned every other day. Would prefer every day service, but no need to replace towels unless on the floor. No problem reusing towels over stays duration. Desk staff was pleasant but not informed about the area. Discrepencies between what we were quoted and what we were charged. Charged more than $100 more than what we were quoted.

Positives:
Excellent location to Rte 16. Easy on and off the highway and access to Portsmouth, Somersworth and Rochester, NH. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choices.

They did take care of issue I had after the stay
Negatives:
No staff around even at check in had to stand and wait. The security deposit they take for rooms is 100 per room and they put it through it takes 4 business for it to clear off your card so if you use debit card your bank account is messed up for a week.
