Negatives: Staff not helpful. We waited at desk for someone to check us in. And had to hear a whole story about how they had 20 rooms they needed to turn over so that it would be easier in the morning then when we asked for more pillows, they told us they could give us one because that’s all they had at the desk and if not, they’d have to go searching for some and they had a lot of work they needed to get done. Also, a whole group of people were drinking in the pool.

Negatives: I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Lebanon and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the website. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with beer caps found beneath the furniture upon my arrival. This oversight made me question the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. The biggest letdown, however, was the supposedly heated pool, a feature prominently highlighted on the website. Excited to take a dip, I was met with disappointment as the pool was anything but heated—it was uncomfortably cold, rendering it impossible to enjoy. The discrepancy between the promised amenities and the actual experience was a significant letdown. While I understand that issues can arise, a clear misrepresentation of facilities on the website is unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on the information provided to make informed decisions about their stay. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements to ensure a more accurate representation of your hotel's offerings and a better experience for future guests.
