Negatives: The swimming pool was once again not available. This has happened to us before when we have had my grandchildren with us. Disappointing!

Negatives: 1) The pool was algae green. 2) Room was dangerously dusty from bad vacuums & poor filtration causing emergency. 3) They use dollar store paper towels, toilet paper. 4) bedroom door didn't shut.5) No kitchen utensils, bowls etc. 6)dirty floors. No cookies

Negatives: It was all good!

Negatives: The pool looked like it needed a good cleaning.

Negatives: Absolutely no parking! If you get to the hotel anytime after 8p, dont bother. They dont have enough parking for all guest. Lot is tight, many cars took up two spots. They told us to park across the street in another hotel lot.also packed with no spaces. I had to make-shift a spot that had me so nervous all night about waking up to find my car had been hit. It was so bad we actually had family members drive back home because there was no where to park. The staff were useless and said there was nothing they could do. So you pay to stay there but no guarantee youll have a place to park your car. Also, the pool was disgusting, absolutely gross. The bottom was actually brown/orange with what looked like mold. People were actually going across the street to another hotel to use their pool, it was that bad. Our room was not very clean. Had gray gunk in the shower, was definitely not cleaned. Stove was stained, no sheets for pull out couch mattress, both bathroom sink and tub drainage stuck shut. Had to prop open drain to keep from filling up. Overall, find somewhere else to stay. Only positive, the waffles were decent.

Negatives: Hard to operate entrance double door with power opening for only 1 door. I held it open for an elderly person with walker who had a suitcase. Also hard to get luggage rack that hotel provided with only 1 door opening.

Negatives: shuttle service unreliable & careless about their clients welfare

Negatives: Susan was rude. Tried to check in early and was told closer to 3 pm. She finally gave me the worst room possible. She found out I was a diamond hilton member and her attitude changed quickly. Room was small and not set up for three people. No silverware

Negatives: Threat of room selling, pool was closed which was a major reason for staying there, gave us the wrong room then told us nothing else was available. Then magically correct room was available.
