Location close to highway but its the only thing good about this hotel

There are too many things to list but they have permanent residences that had doors open and people were cooking food and all the smell in the hallways were bad both chairs in the rooms were chewed up by cats or something the hotel has no ice the staff

Overall the room and facilities were clean.

We had to change our morning reservations/plans due to a “shortage in linen” that we weren’t made aware of at the time of arrival. We had to wait several hours to receive clean towels so that we could shower. My mother also had to return to the staff and ask again where our towels were as we were originally told it would be an hour and the reply was “Oh, it’ll be another hour.” I find this to be unacceptable as our entire day was delayed. Something so simple as fresh towels should not have been an issue. Additionally, our room was not serviced at all during our stay.

This place has a problem with lady bugs crawling on the walls and ceilings in the room. Staff was notified about the problem and the only thing they did was vacuum the lady bugs off the walls. However, it was a continue problem throught out my two week stay. Next, they do not server breakfast as advertised when booking, they just serve coffee. Whatever you do, don't stay here!
