Negatives: The room smelled of something rotten. The smell got significantly worse as the night progressed. When we entered the room upon a late arrival, it was not too significant. But as I wrote, it got worse and worse as the night progressed. My wife became nauseous as soon as we woke up and we had to vacate the room - hours before we planned to do so. We went down for breakfast at about 08:30 and when we returned to the room at about 09:15 the smell was so bad that my wife almost vomited. We went out at about 09:30 am to breathe fresh air and reported the problem to the lady at reception. When we returned to pick up our luggage at about 12:30, I asked her whether someone had looked at the cause. She was confused and mumbled that somebody was looking at it at that moment, which clearly was not true. Bottom line, a terrible stay. **I think that the decent thing for you to do is to refund for this stay.** Just to clarify, this was our last night in a ~2+ week trip, we were very tired, and this was certainly a disgusting way to finish our trip. This was a Hilton hotel in the US, not a slum in a primitive country. I checked the sink, the waste bins, the refrigerator - there was no trace of any food.

Negatives: The cleanliness was sub par for a Hilton property. The fridge was dirty. The pull out couch was very stained and very uncomfortable. I think they need to do some replacing of very worn, damaged items and definitely do deeper cleanings of these rooms since they are used typically longer term by customers. At this price point I expect a lot more higher standards of rooms and cleanliness. No dish soap for washing dishes. No sponges. Things you usually get with suites like these. Also very strange theres no housekeeping for stays shorter than 4 days.. the price is way too high for that. You should be receiving housekeeping as needed no matter how long your stay is.

Negatives: The only issue we had was with the pillows. Not great.

Negatives: Breakfasts have gone down hill

Negatives: Our box spring was actually broken in half so the bed sunk very bad in the middle. Also the 3 pillows on each bed were the worst pillows I have ever slept on. It was like bunching up a blanket under your head to sleep on. I would have expected better pillows in a Hilton hotel. I found the hotel room very dirty. The coach cushions were disgusting and the arm of the desk chair looked like a dog chewed it off. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty and the carpets were all damp like they were just cleaned

Negatives: Housekeeping could have been MUCH better. Very minimal was done. Handprints on mirror, hair in shower. It lloked like the bed was made and trash taken out and thats it. Kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors. Parents not watching their kids in the pool. The pool area was very small.
