Our room wasn't tidied after our first night. No beds made or bathroom towels taken away. We only stayed two nights but would have enjoyed not having to make our own bed or put used towels away. Never had that lack of service before anywhere. Disappointed us but may have been lack of staff.

I booked this room because we had a power outage, and I am a local. We got our power back and I check out a day early. I was advised at the front desk that I would have to consult with booking.com to get my 2 day refunded. Booking.com says I have to speak to Green Granite Inn, Green Granite Inn says I have to speak to booking.com and I have yet to get my refund. This is making me rethink booking anything on this site again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I took my son and his friend up to get away from the city and their computers. They had fun at the pool and I enjoyed sitting in the reading/board game space I found.
Negatives:
Room 65 was very dark, we couldn't really leave shades open as the windows looked out into the parking lot. Some of the bulbs were dim and not all the outlets worked.

Excellent location and loved the rooms with the kitchenette. It's not fancy but for a family who was self sufficient and needed a basic room it was perfect. Pool and playground was a great addition.

Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. I loved the door off the room to the patio! Room/sheets were clean.
Negatives:
Shower was missing a liner and the shower head could use an upgrade.

The rate I paid was excellent for the amenities offered. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff was excellent, courteous, and professional.

Had one snafu with my first room and the night concierge, but the hotel moved me to a new room and amended the situation. I was satisfied with their handling of the issue and would definitely stay in this hotel again.
