Did not appreciate the money grab of $135 tax included of the pet fees. For two nights it's outrageous. Especially as we are extremely careful and our labraddole very well behaved. Don't mind the $50 but why charge $20 per night on top?

One-bedroom Executive Suites on the 2nd floor have a view of the rooftop air conditioning equipment and nothing else. Bathroom door didnt close properly because of loose screws in the top hinge. Also didnt like being charged the full price at the time of booking, which was almost a year in advance.

Ex ordinary staff and a very comfortable room added a special touch to our September vacation.

Well located. Well equipped kitchen. Very large flat and very comfortable beds. Well stocked bathrooms. Good isolation between the rooms of the flat. Free parking on the property.

Construction works across the road, meaning that you are woken up early in the morning. Isolation from the road noise is not very good. Breakfast was slightly disappointing (no cheese except spreadable cheese, no meat cuts, lots of disposable plates, cups, and cutlery instead of "proper" plates, etc.).

All associates were polite, personable and very helpful. Property was clean and or organized.
My five year old granddaughter left behind her beloved pink stuff bunny and the General Manager of the property went out of her way to search the entire room and kept in touch with us until it was located (Another associate cleaning the room found it). They are sending the bunny to us and we are waiting for bunnys arrival to hear all about her adventures.
