comfortable bed. good location. pet friendly.free breakfast. free cookies, and apples.

not enough towels, pillows to thin. tv didn't have cable only local channels. coffee maker in Rio. had a roach. staff didn't speak English. manager was rude. I was overcharged multiple times and I had to harass staff and manager to have it corrected. I still dont know if my card has hold on it. and multiple cards had holds and multiple cards full billed- when room was prepaid. just a horrible experience overall. I dont want to use booking.com again as I feel scamned and got horti le service. I still have no list of charges for my stay! yuck.. very bad.

We booked for three people one arrival the sofa bed wasn’t made up and no sheets were in the room so had to go back to reception and get sheets then make up ourselves. After a late flight arrival with a child it’s not what we needed.
