During our stay, LaQuinta,at first, did not advise that TV service was inoperateable, then misrepresented the extent/duration of the lack of service, and then was unwilling to make an adjustment to the bill.
Will not be staying at any Wyndham hotels when traveling in the future.

comfortable bed. good location. pet friendly.free breakfast. free cookies, and apples.

not enough towels, pillows to thin. tv didn't have cable only local channels. coffee maker in Rio. had a roach. staff didn't speak English. manager was rude. I was overcharged multiple times and I had to harass staff and manager to have it corrected. I still dont know if my card has hold on it. and multiple cards had holds and multiple cards full billed- when room was prepaid. just a horrible experience overall. I dont want to use booking.com again as I feel scamned and got horti le service. I still have no list of charges for my stay! yuck.. very bad.
