Customer service was top notch. Everyone asked many times if they could do anything for me. I had a small bag I was carrying and was asked many times if I would like that carried to my room. The valets were friendly and quick with my vehicle.
Negatives:
Not much. Honestly, I understand the high price-I wish it wasn’t so expensive as -I would drive the 4 hours to have a weekend away with my husband or girlfriends at this location.

The room was very musty as if it had not been used in some time. It was very clean, but felt "old". I had to open the windows to air it out. Even here at home, have to clean everything to get rid of old smell.

The resort was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The golf courses were gorgeious and in great shape with amazing views of the Bay/ocean and Atlantic City. Food was delicious but a bit pricey. Pool bar was a nice added touch! Disappointed the hot tub/spa was closed.

More food/snack options would be nice and if the hot tub/jacuzzi was not going to be available that would have been helpful to know. Recommendations for outside food options would have been helpful as well.

The location is convenient and we enjoy staying there. Many of the staff are nice and helpful.
Negatives:
A few extremely rude staff members that make it unpleasant and uncomfortable. The price to stay here is very high and to be treated poorly and my kids be treated rudely is unacceptable.
