Positives: The rooms were spacious. And great that the water park is in the same building.
Negatives: I booked this place because I thought it’ll be easier to get my kid to the water park and arcade. It is nun down. The carpets were patched up with tape on the first floor/lobby area. Hallways by the rooms needed a carpet wash. Elevators are dirty and accessible to anyone. They won’t clean your room until you request it from reception. And even after requesting twice, my room was never cleaned. I had to chase down the cleaning folks each day for wash cloths and towels. Next time I’ll just stay at Ocean and walk over to the water park.

Negatives: We were charged 250$ for smoking in a room that we didn't even smoke in with no knowledge of anything just accused is and charged our card, said something about a detector of some kind in the room which is a great idea except we don't smoke so how did this happen. I feel that we were scammed for this money which is really unfair bcuz it was our 1st time there and my husband has high roller status at every other casino and it's sad that your hotel will not get a dollar of our money ever again. Also we have a large family with our kids and grandkids, I also am a party planner and would of loved to use your venue for my clients. Such a shame you should really check this situation out and check on your staff, they are the first line of your establishment.

Positives: The arcade and water park
Negatives: Everything! Rooms are dirty, chairs are stained. Smells like smoke. We moved our room multiple times and still the same. If my son wasn’t excited and we would have been able to get a full refund we would have stayed elsewhere. There’s no place to get a REAL breakfast though it’s advertised as having breakfast. It’s $32 A DAY to park which on top of the fees is just ridiculous. The elevators are broken, the numbers read wrong. The ice machine is broken and they don’t hold ppl accountable for having respect for others. Meaning there is children running up and down the hallways screaming with no supervision, there screaming coming from rooms all hours. It was horrible!

Positives: The rooms were very nice and clean, The arcade and waterpark when they finally opened were fun for the whole family The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives: We were traveling with young kids and the breakfast place,arcade and water park not opening until 11 was disappointing. There were limited restaurants so we had to go next door to the Hard-rock for all meals. If you want to get more families open things up before 11am
