Negatives: The room had a weird smell, there were ants throughout the room and when I requested to change rooms the clerk said he couldn?t help and we had to wait for management in the morning which is ridiculous.

Negatives: Dog paw prints on bed comforter. Shower was totally inadequate. Heater thermostat was/is broken.

Negatives: Bathroom was not prticularly clean upon arrival and my complaint wasn't addressed by the cleaning staff the second day. Shower was moldy. Staff behind the counter were responsive to my concerns though.

Positives: NOTHING - IT WAS NOT SAFE!
Negatives: Not only was my room NOT clean, but there were dirty bedsheets, dirty floors, and a used coffee filter still in the coffee machine. The elevator was broken, and the overall look of the hotel was extremely dirty & run-down, and flimsy locks! Want refund.
