Negatives: Everything if you a family do not go there. There are many “ bad people around” you will feel unsafe.

Negatives: The walls were very thin to where I could here someone's cell phone going off to them utilizing the bathroom.

Negatives: We stopped just to sleep for the night. Upon entering our room we found a fridge and freezer full of old food, someone's used belongings, dirty slippers, etc. No toiletries and just filth everywhere. When we decided we needed to seek the front desk about this because it became too much, we discovered we had been mistakenly booked into someone's room that was living there long term and was due to return that day. I shouldn't have to list all the scenarios in how this is an unsafe situation, especially had we decided to just sleep after a day of driving. Our next room was apparently very "pet friendly" as the smell of pet urine was pungent. Hair in the sheets, filth and mold everywhere. You name it. We knew what we were in for by now, and baffled that this place had had any positive reviews before we chose to stay there. Neighborhood seemed very unsafe, lots of questionable folks around... looked like a motel that many people live at.

Negatives: There were roaches it was dirty housekeeping never came in to clean it had to have them clean the sheets on my daughters bed when the housekeeper came in, she put the blankets at the end of the bed and expected me who was extremely sick running 104 fever to change the sheets myself had to ask them to do it and they didnt dump my trash or anything like that while they were there. Did not appreciate that. and I called the front desk twice to get clean washcloths because there were only two in the room and there were three of us so I asked for extra washcloths and I got them two days later.
