We stopped just to sleep for the night. Upon entering our room we found a fridge and freezer full of old food, someone's used belongings, dirty slippers, etc. No toiletries and just filth everywhere. When we decided we needed to seek the front desk about this because it became too much, we discovered we had been mistakenly booked into someone's room that was living there long term and was due to return that day. I shouldn't have to list all the scenarios in how this is an unsafe situation, especially had we decided to just sleep after a day of driving. Our next room was apparently very "pet friendly" as the smell of pet urine was pungent. Hair in the sheets, filth and mold everywhere. You name it. We knew what we were in for by now, and baffled that this place had had any positive reviews before we chose to stay there. Neighborhood seemed very unsafe, lots of questionable folks around... looked like a motel that many people live at.

There were roaches it was dirty housekeeping never came in to clean it had to have them clean the sheets on my daughters bed when the housekeeper came in, she put the blankets at the end of the bed and expected me who was extremely sick running 104 fever to change the sheets myself had to ask them to do it and they didn’t dump my trash or anything like that while they were there. Did not appreciate that. and I called the front desk twice to get clean washcloths because there were only two in the room and there were three of us so I asked for extra washcloths and I got them two days later.

The AC blew cold air and the guy at the front desk was pleasannt.
Negatives:
It was dirty and felt dangerous. The room smelled bad and had holes in the walls. The bed sounded like it was built on a steel drum - every time you moved it made a loud sound. The clientele was mostly drug users and prostitutes, sitting outside like in some dystopian projects, smoking all manner of things, working on their cars - openly soliciting sex and tweaking half passed out in their open doorways. It was unreal.

Terrible smell in room after cleaning from products used.
Spoke with attendant at hotel and he said that he would come to spray the room to get rid of smell and he never showed up.
Room was not updated, no hair dryer,lack of towels, and no breakfast, bathtub was rough on bottom and felt slippery.
