Negatives: The location, the room, the bathroom and the appearance.

Negatives: Everything about it was pretty bad. There was 2 different types of flooring, where the vinyle floor ended it turned into old tile, that was molded and caroded, by the bathroom. Most of the flooring was uneven, not flush to the walls causing mold and debries to build up between the floor and wall. Holes in the wall where patched with 5 or 6 light switch covers. The bathtub had black and brown stuff sitting in stil watter, looks as if the watter coming out of the spout are mixing with rust. Cobwebs are in the corners of the ceilings, all surfaces had dust and grime, tv would turn on but would not work. Toilet had grime and build up all around the sides and back of it. Door was not insulated or possibly needed re-framed, you could hear everything out side. Me and my son drove to 6 flags from ohio, stopped there to get sleep befor the drive back in the morning. I would not let my son take a shower because of how nasty it was, and I am by no means a high class person, I wouldn't mind if it was old or raggedy or even a little dirty, but that tub was absolutely disgusting. I was half tempted to get another room, but I saved money for the tripp and only had enough money to get gas for way home and an extra 40 to eat on, if I would have had more money I would have went somewhere else. The other tenents were rude and nosy, along with traffick in and out of a room 2 doors down, a few times the guy met people outside all hours of the night talking and arguing being loud. Upon reading reviews I had noticed quite a few people had the same if not similar experience and some said they had even left in went somewhere else upon opening the door and seeing the conditions. People also said the other tenants were nosy and rude, and win they had an altercation they threatened to bust there windows out and torch there car on fire! Like I said I would not even let my child take a shower after spending all day in the sun walking around a theme park sweating for over 12 hours

Negatives: There was ants in the room and the mattress and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

Negatives: Yes it could have been better and it need a lot of remodeling
