Close to the aquarium where we were attending a wedding

The staff was horrible we my daughter and son in law dropped a lot of money in this hotel had their rehearsal dinner there rented out a bridal suite with breakfast there not to mention rooms that were rented by the whole wedding party only for the staff to be rude except for the two front desk ladies that were wonderful.

The hotel is clean and well kept. In the morning, guests are offered hot coffee, hot chocolate, water. The view of the river and the bridge is very pleasant.
Negatives:
The hotel is not suitable for visiting the center of Philadelphia although Google Map reports that it is a 29 minute walk away. It's an application error.
Even though we had a reservation with breakfast included, the staff told us that it was a Booking error and that we had to ask them for a refund. There was no Director to ask for clarification. After a long interaction in the afternoon we were told that they would refund us what we had charged. We are waiting. It was unpleasant in any case.

When we arrived to the hotel the road was crowded no place to park and I had to have my 4 ways on and have my wife get out alone to check us in herself until I could find parking.
We were also not aware that we had to pay a parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot. I feel if you are a paying customer who’s staying at the hotel the parking should be free.

No area to pull up & park when first arriving to the hotel. We also didn’t like having to pay to park at the hotel.
If you’re a guest at the hotel already spending the money you’re parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. We had no idea about the parking fee either so it was an unexpected fee to pay.
