we paid online through paypal on booking.com but when we got there they swore they didnt have my name in their system and they made me pay twice for the hotel room, a whole $339.00. they charged me twice for the $50 fee as well. i ended up getting my money back but the first lady who was at the desk was not helpful at all

Was not able to check in when I arrived. The receptionist said i did not have a reservation there. I called booking.com, i was hung up on. Then called back a second time during my event because we needed somewhete to sleep and wasnt able to hear/understand what the person was saying. So I needed to pay for event parking and hotel parking, which was a big inconvenience. Wasn't able to check in and get a room until after 11pm. Once I received the room, I was given a 1 king bedroom for 4 people. Had to go back down to the reception desk to wait for another room which took another 40 mins to get. Once we were able to get into the new room, we found out the AC didn't work and the room was set at 78° all night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep thru the few hours that we were able to. I've booked a lot of different hotels in different states but this was by far the worst experience I've had to deal with considering how expensive 1 night was! NEVER AGAIN!!

Positives:
Location, room, parking and staff was all amazing. I had to travel with a trailer attached to it, and both when I called before arrival and once I arrived, staff was so helpful to make sure I was able to fit with my car. There was a lot of parking space available, did not have any problems. On top of that, we got a great room with an amazing view. Staff responded every request we had an we had amazing 2 nights thanks to Hilton. I will definitely come back.

The sheets of the room were not really great. Looked old and ripped, also didn't fit to the bed so I had to adjust multiple times.
