Negatives: A little chemical smell in the room. Shower glass door is a little leaking.

Negatives: Everything else. I book certain types of rooms. Always a suite or one bedroom because, 1- my wife sleeps earlier than me and I need to be able to watch TV or do something while she sleeps and 2-we both are chlorstaphobic....therefore the room type is imperative to us. So we get to hotel and they give us this room that has a bed and a couch. This is not what I paid for. Went to front desk, they basically said take the room or leave....now it's about 1215am and there are no rooms available any longer that we need. Front desk couldn't make any decisions because manager won't be available until Monday. What???now we are here because we are going to a family BBQ so I cannot even change hotels if I wanted to. Have to be at BBQ by 1 and checkin doesn't start til 4 at most places. And with the amount of luggage we have ( start of a two week road trip) it's just very stressful....phone in room doesn't work, can't use TV with fire stick, and door bolt missing from room door as secondary lock......I've stayed a hundred of hotels. I verify pictures and pricing always before making a reservation. This hotel uses fraudulent pictures for their rooms. The first two pics are the room I paid for and pictures were verifies on holiday inn Website and last two pics is what I got. Totally unacceptable

Negatives: Hallways were very warm and humid, beds not super comfortable.

Negatives: The door to my room would not lock properly. It seems the striker plate did not match up to the lock-set on the door correctly. There was obvious damage to the door jam and the striker plate was secured by one of two screws. The other mounting position could not be secured as it was hanging in the large void that was cut out of the door frame for some reason. As a result the dead bolt would not engage with the door frame. This became a concern when I started to secure the door for the night. This hotel rented a room to me that I could not secure the door with the dead bolt. It only looks like it engaging properly but is not passing through the striker plate held on by one screw.

Negatives: I paid 170$ for the reservation, show up to the property, the hotel doesn’t have the reservation. Lady at the desk was little to no help and the supervisor was no where to be found. After 2 hours, someone from booking.com customer service said they were gonna call me with accommodations since he verified with the hotel that they did in fact NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION. He said give him 30 minutes and he would call me back. This was Friday. It is now Sunday. I have yet to get refunded or hear from booking.com

Negatives: Construction project was messy and should have offered a discount or advised guests ahead of time. The storage pods right next to the building are housing a huge feral cat colony. I estimate at least twenty feral cats. I would suggest contacting the nearest animal rescue society to have a major roundup.
