Negatives: Prices on the bar super expensive … should to beg maid to clean room but it wasn’t clean my 7 days stay … no change towels no change bed sheets … unbelievable

Negatives: Rudest customer service from frond desk staff. Room smell Readiness of the room for occupancy

Negatives: Everything. From that awful front desk attendant to the facility that made me instantly request a cancellation of my reservation upon check in. I had a reservation and got to the property, paid then immediately got to requesting a different room because of the room’s poor condition. The refrigerator was leaking and making a very loud noise. The room smelled awful. The front desk insisted there was no alternative accommodation. I was booked for 8 days! There was no way I could live like that for over a week! The front desk rep insisted that she could not process a refund nor could I speak or contact management. .I was left without a room and without evidence of a refund. She said the only option would be a refund of the amount paid but “they do not do it immediately. She said she would, “contact them and they would process the refund because I had booked through a third party (Booking.com) When I reminded her that 10 minutes ago I gave her my credit card to pay her directly she pretended to call someone and then proceeded the produce a refund receipt. Five days later on 9:10/24 my card was charged by this property for ANOTHER STAY!!! I reported the fraud and canceled my card! Absolutely abhorrent in every single way.

Negatives: Sharing the bathroom with creepy crawlies!

Negatives: I have done my reservation via Booking.com website. The receptionist couldn't find my reservation and I end up paying again. After speak with booking.com they haven't refund me the money neither Red Roof management. So not good at all for paying twice for the same reservation!

Negatives: The check in took longer than 3pm staff not friendly

Negatives: The carpet was so dirty, restroom wasn't really clean, Wallis are dirty and damage, the small of dirty carpet was really strong.

Negatives: Amenities were not up to standard. Some staff were friendly and accommodating but most were not helpful.

Negatives: Get the gym working.

Negatives: Everything- from being told I was "wrong" by a housekeeping worker for taking a few garbage bags from her cart to properly dispose of my trash. Then the front desk could not provide my room (156) with fresh clean towels because someone in housekeeping apparently forgot to do the "laundry." Or at least that's what the young lady told me. I asked for a time when they may be ready, and she told me "I don't know, you'll have to ask the laundry attendant." When I replied asking to speak with the attendant, in turn she replied "I don't know where they are currently, sorry." The room had so much dust built up. The toilet and tub were NASTY and would stop up. The microwave was nasty inside, like gross! The TV remote did not work. The 2 sitting chairs they had in the room were covered in stains from previous guest, so we did not even use them (even though they looked so nice in the photos). I believe they advertise having a pool- guess what?!?!...that was CLOSED!! I know you get what you pay for, but this property is disgusting- down to the workers. Operations Management Team need they ass beat! Or whoever is responsible for overseeing the hotel. It's unacceptable, period! I don't need to post photos or anything to validate this, just visit the property for yourself, and you will all the disappointment. The hotel needs MAJOR restoration/remodeling...something sheesh! Never wanted to leave a hotel so bad.
