The staff was very rude.... They had horrible customer service.... the lady had bo type of patience on top of that we had almost 20 minutes for a room but when another family walked in they room was ready.... the staff wasn't doing they job right...... our room wasn't clean when we came in the hotel..... and some staff was just standing around doing nothing..... and instead of the Kady in the front helping us she and another Kady that was sitting there with her thought what we was going through was real funny..... they laughed at us instead of trying to make the situation better. I didn't enjoy the stay and the staff made me and my family uncomfortable.
