Positives: Property is located at really good location thats the only plus point.
Negatives: Rooms were ok but service was not good. Had to change the room. First room they gave it was ok but was faced clogged issue in washroom sink so requested to fix it but instead they asked to change the room for which need to take long walk to front desk. Got another room which was worst no entrance lights so had to use mobile lights to turn on Room lamps lights,room was stinking, not cleaned, mirror was broken and no phone to call front desk so had to take long long walk to go to front desk where they asked us to check out instead finding a solution. So, sent an email to management team of Red roof along with pictures but no response.

Negatives: I stayed here twice during my traveling to New York. The first time I stayed was ok. It took them 30 minutes just to check me in and I was the only one there waiting to be checked in. They said there system crashed and they didn’t know how to fix it which is why I was waiting so long and I was crunched on time. The second time I stayed, I had two rooms under my name. Same thing happened during checked in a whole month later. As they were charging me my deposit fees their system “crashed”. They charged me 2 50$ deposits for the two rooms. 5 days later after my stay I was finally refunded only ONE of the 50$ deposits. So I called and they told me they did release the money it was now a dispute with my financial bank. So I called my bank and they investigated and said it shows them releasing one 50$ deposit and not the other. So I called them back again and a different person was one the phone this time and told me that I was never charged two 50$ deposits only one so that’s why I wasn’t refunded. But my bank statements clearly show they took 50$ out twice, and only refunded me 1 of the 50$ deposits. They said they’d look into and and get ahold of me. Nobody has gotten ahold of me. Don’t stay here unless you want scammed out of your money. There’s plenty of other hotels in Jersey!!

Negatives: This was a hellish experience. If you continue walking further than the lobby, everything is at your own risk. I would like to think that only we got the dirtiest room on earth, but that would be delusional. Our bathroom was disgusting; after using it, I felt dirtier than before. I would advise you not to even touch the microwave; it is a health risk. The worker at the reception was okay. In conclusion, I would never ever stay in that hotel again, not even for a million dollars.
