My family loved the apartment style feel & having plenty of space to spread out. Our room was immaculate and felt private. Although we didn’t use it because of our short stay, the pool looked inviting and was centrally located. Staff were well tans friendly when we checked in and were attentive during breakfast. It was also conveniently located for lots of activities in Philadelphia & the surrounding area.

We picked it because it was very close to a medical facility where we had an appointment. The staff also allowed us a late checkout.

The big problem is we booked a 2 bedroom suite because a friend was with us. We also requested a handicap room because my wife has trouble walking. The Booking site and the venue site never said that the 2 bedroom rooms required climbing a flight off stairs. When we discovered this I went back to the reception desk and was given a single bedroom ground floor room. The cost for that room was about $140. Meanwhile I had made the $195 payment on Booking. Could you refund that difference to me?

The lack of communication was good at check in and check out they didn’t even ask how the stay was. Having to go ask for towels and ask for trash bags and for them to come get our trash. I was disappointed to find a rolled cigarette in the pull out couch and left over rose petals under it to from the previous people. The cleaners don’t keep things stock and do not clean very well. Was very disappointed with the price for what we got. Definitely won’t be staying again.

My parents my in laws and I booked several suites to celebrate the birthdays of my Elderly father and father in law . The staff at the Marriott were patient and attentive. The problem was with my booking.com reservation. I arrived at 3:20 pm and was not able to check into my room until after 5pm. My reservation was paid in full several days prior to my trip . Unfortunately I had to call customer service more than once because although my credit card was charged full the booking credit card was repeatedly declined. This was humiliating ! I have contacted dispute resolution but I have not received a response . I spent a full hour at the front desk trying to get this issue resolved.
