I booked this hotel back in September of 2023 for a dance competition my daughter was attending. 3 weeks later I sent multiple requests asking to cancel my reservation because our studio would no longer be attending the local dance competition. I did not realize when booking that my reservation didn’t allow for me to cancel. I was told they would make an exception for my reservation and it would be canceled. Now I’m getting a survey on my stay. Clearly, it wasn’t cancel like I’d been told. I obviously didn’t stay here. However, I had friends from different studio who stayed and attended the dance competition. The hotel tried to keep her daughter’s AirPods she left. They drove back to hotel and showed them the AirPods were in the hotel with their find my AirPods app. Having argued with the front desk and manager for 45 minutes, it wasn’t until she told them about their 90 day policy rules for lost and found items that the maid who let them search the room finally gave them back. She had them the whole time. Seems this hotel all around is NOT very accommodating. As a Hilton member, I won’t being stay at anymore Hilton’s in the future.

They tried to keep or “steal” my daughter’s AirPods from us even after showing them the location was the address of hotel and that the sound was going off etc took 30 minutes of arguing with them that someone was lying to me saying they were not at the hotel or no one had seen them , even with the proof on my phone they were most definitely there! . After a threat to call cops miraculously they were found. No one should have to go through an experience like this!
