I called to change my date for my stay, however I went through a 3rd party and and when they check for another day for me that room was not available but they had another room available that was more expensive and I wasn’t paying 400 plus dollars for a room . So needless to say I never stayed on the dates of the 18th and 19th

Room was very, very clean and very spacious. Loved that it had coffee maker, a fridge and microwave. Also loved the grab bars in bathroom and shower. And loved the power shades and room darkening shade, very nice.
Negatives:
The elevator was very slow. Room was very far from elevator and front door and being handicapped made for too long a walk to get back and forth to car.

It was clean, the staff were very helpful. During the IT outage, they were awesome walking everyone to their rooms until keys could be made.

The location is amazing, you have so much at close proximity. The hotel itself is currently going through renovations, everything feels new. The staff is nice. The complementary weekend breakfast was great!
Negatives:
Unable to utilize amenities due to construction and renovations. The mattress’s are uncomfortable. Being that the property is currently under renovations breakfast should be complimentary every day, not just weekends. There should be signage in regards to breakfast charge on week days.

This location was under extreme construction. We were unable to stay there fumes in the hallway and plastic hanging from the ceiling. We canceled and went to another hotel.
