There was a girl screaming on the top of her lungs banging on other peoples doors and walls in the hallway at 4am. My daughter was scared to even leave the room because the way this girl carried herself. I dont know if I wanna come back here it was rude that this guest caused all this drama 10/30/2023 morning.

Guy on front desk was rude totally no helping.and also morning landscaping company come for blowing the leaf and everything blow on my car .my car was everythink dirty a acratches from little stone driway.then i call manager and never help so never used this motel again

I love that the floors didn't have carpet. I have strong allergies to cleaning products and most hotels set off my Reactive Airway Disease.
Negatives:
The toilet seat should be replaced. It was peeling and not nice. There was also some mysterious left over bug or hairs or something on the side of the bathtub. It was like an afterthought, forgotten. The bathtub and toilet were clean.

No hot water all weekend to shower cold showers and sat evening we came back to our room and house keeping had out curtain open window open screen was broken like someone was trying to get in. Staff said housekeeping was only one in there but not sure why. Housekeeping went into the room but didn't make beds empty trash or give us clean towels for our cold shower very frustrating and they didn't try to make it right

No hot water for showers we tried morning and night to get a shower both nights washed up in cold water. Saturday evening came back to our room and our window was open screen busted.woukd like a night compensated
