I always stay there whenever...

The location was well placed on route 18, close to any store or restaurant you could need. You could even walk to most locations if you had to. I also liked that they were pet friendly and the rooms offered a full kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and 2 burner range with plenty of cabinet space for groceries and such. I did have to bring my own utensils, plates and cookware but it was great to be able to cook done nights and not eat out all the time. Also the laundry facility there was good and close to my room. Also the wifi was very good, I've had other hotels with horrible signals but I didn't have any issue here
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the whole place including the rooms was definitely lacking, I had to clean ALOT in my room when I got there, including dried feces on the bathroom sink which was absolutely disgusting, also and maybe because of the cleanliness they had a serious roach problem that I heard ever guest complain about and I killed 3 in my room but took it upon myself to clean and keep all food in sealed containers and bring all my trash that has any type of food waste directly to the trash room. I also went out and bought roach/bug spray and sprayed my room down. After that I didn't have much of an issue, luckily. I heard the second floor was badly infested tho. Another negative was one receptionist at the front desk, an older Indian woman who was very rude and dismissive to not only me but I witnessed her talking down to other guests who were specifically complaining about the roach infestation. She was very dismissive and basically ignoring any concerns and practically yelling at some guests. Not a good person to have at the front desk and considering there were 2 or 3 other receptionists that were pleasant and helpful, she really tainted the overall experience with reception. She should definitely not be working the desk with such a negative and condescending attitude towards guests.
