Negatives: there were roaches

Negatives: MALE CLERK AND A WOMAN MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE TO ME. I ASKED FOR EXTRA TIME, I HAD EMERGENCY AND WAS WAITING FOR MY HUSBAND TO PICK ME UP WITH MY 2 DOGS AND A CART FULL OF STUFF. ALSO MY MEMBERSHIP SAID UNTILL 2P.M. THEY WANTED TO FIGHT ME OUT, THEY ALSO LOCKED MY ROOM WITH MY STUFF AND 2 DOGS INSIDE. THEY OPENED IT ONLY WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAD MONEY AND JEWELRY THERE AND IF SOMETHING WILL BE MISSING THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. YELLING AT ME. I HAD TO PLACE COMPLAINT WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND ONLY THEN THEY LET ME STAY. AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. I AM TRAVELING EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THIS IS HOTEL I STAYED ALL THE TIME. YELLING AT CUSTOMER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Negatives: There are roaches in the hallways. When I come back from work the light are off in the room and the min I come in and turn the lights on they are everywhere. I really dislike that and the smell .

Negatives: Upon check-in, I was given a non-smoking room even though I booked a smoking room. I had to slide a $20 to the guy at the front desk to get my original booking. The place is absolutely filthy. And I mean FILTHY!!! Stains on every possible surface, horrendous smells of feces and urine, many dogs and cats in rooms even though the sign in the "lobby" states no pets, many many roaches everytime you enter a dark area. To the point that I left lights on all day and night. And never ate in the room. Best advice I can give is spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer
