We missed the breakfast, but appreciated the fact that it was available. The 15% discount on breakfast at IHOP was a nice substitute. We had a great breakfast there.

The bathroom was a little dingy. However, that was totally made up by the brand-new shower head. I always prefer a clean shower head, so that more than made up for the small dings in the bathroom.

It’s really a bad place to stay no any person there to help your baggage to take on 2nd floor in rest room water flows is bad during shawar water flow very slow some many times during shawar water stop when you have a shampoo to your hair in brack fast no eggs and always it’s short in quantity according to people staying there it’s more items finished before coming for brack fast and when ask there to get more things they said we don’t have items what’s finished it’s finish some time my kids stay there without brack fast

The female receptionist that checked us in was very helpful. However, the guy who checked us out the next day didn’t look like what he was doing. Although my husband pointed out that there was an issue with their system, as it misidentified guest names when we had to get new cards as the cards stopped working for no reason several times, he was very rude and ignorant . When asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the manager, no kidding! It’s important to get a good system to avoid such issues but even more important that they hire competent staff and train them in customer service.
