We chose this hotel because there were suppose to have a EV charging station for our car. we really needed because we were on a long trip. It was not available because it was broken. Manager on site Enoch told us he would refund a part of the price paid but he did not as promised. Tried to call back at the hotel and never received a call back. Tried with Hilton customer service and they turn me down. Very disapointed.

On our first night into half of Saturday there was no internet, I couldn't do any of my work and my kids had no form of entertainment. We went to the pool on Friday and there were no towels. On Saturday around 2pm the internet was back, we took the kids back to the pool and there were no towels however the agent at the front got some and brought it. There were a few unsupervised teenagers at the pool diving and jumping into the pool using one of the chairs. One of the boys almost hit my daughter in the head while she was floating. In the night the guests above our room were really loud and we had to complain at 2 different times in order for them to stop and for us to get some sleep.
The morning breakfast was okay, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff who we encountered were nice and friendly and the location is quiet with some shopping areas around which made it easy to find what we needed.

The location is close to a lot of stores.
Negatives:
Most of the staff members were rude. For example we had bagged our own trash (pizza box, paper plates, etc) and when housekeeping came by in the morning, we were like here you go. No! You take it to the dumpster we were told. Sorry, I don't work here!

Breakfast was good I absolutely love thier cinnamon muffins and if you love coffee like I do they have a coffee station down in the lobby and it's free!
